Insist Invest is the private investment vehicle of R Suresh and family. R Suresh is a pioneer in executive search, talent and leadership consulting in India, with over 30 years of experience. He founded, grew and successfully exited two market-leading firms — Stanton Chase India, acquired by Recruit Holdings, and People One Consulting, acquired by Adecco.

Arjun Suresh, son of R Suresh, brings a decade of product development experience across drones, robotics, and autonomous vehicles. He has served as Product Manager at Shield AI (backed by Andreessen Horowitz) and Uber ATG (now Aurora), and holds a Master's degree from Carnegie Mellon University.

The family office invests across private equity, fund of funds and early stage companies — with a focus on robotics, AI, healthcare and sustainability.
